Chemical Guys not very good on Youtube !!!

I've heard this before and the more I look into CG I believe its true. They are much more of a marketing company then a detailing company. I do love a lot of their products. But just like any company that pushes their own products, they are very biased. Thats one reason I like AG so much. Even though they do push their own products such as Wolfgang or Pinnacle, they also promote other products as well as having the best customer service known to man! AG stole my heart <3 lol CG needs to take some tips from AG. I've seen people ask some really hard questions to AG and they still answered them even if it might not be the best situation. IDK I just have respect for AG as a company and no respect for CG as a company. When I've called CG's customer service I always feel like I'm inconveniencing them :/
 
as echoed before, try to find a bad review on their poorly designed website.

I have a few of their products but c'mon already. As strong as their hype machine is they cant afford a decent webmaster or take a tongue lashing from a paying customer who did not like a product? Crap business model in my opinion but what do I know..
 
a website doesnt make the products better..I have no problem with their web page. id rather them spend more time with making the products then trying to make super slik pages. they have a good line of products

As for the original question, the way is to get a scale, place the polisher with pad, and press down as if you were polishing to get a ready of 12 lbs. This should make the pad compress somewhat and give an idea of the proper pressure.

The video definitely could be improved.
 
i haven't tried many cg products, main reason why is their web page it has to be the worst sales site i have been on, it needs to be way simpler, much more organized, i could care less about their grammar or spelling but their web page just down right sucks and makes it nearly impossible to browse the page, click on one page and have the products you just looked at from a page before annoys the heck out of me....they just need a website redesign and i bet their sales would go up. glad AG sells cg products so if i want some at least i can find the products i'm looking at.
