What do you use ?
I need to do my wheels and am curious what you guys use.
What about protection after the polish?

I use Sprayway Glass Cleaner.

•PSA:
-It’s very difficult to polish/re-polish
“decorative chrome”.

•On the other hand:
-I’ve found that, if used prudently (ie: with only
slight pressure): Collinite Metal Wax #850; and
Turtle Wax Chrome Polish & Rust Remover, will
provide some valuable protection to clean decor-
ative chrome.

Is the mothers powerball waste of time on these? I'm sure the wheels are made in China although I ran them this winter in Minnesota but I kept them clean
and they are 100% corrosion free.
The chrome seems decent imo

From the shape of the spokes, I‘d say the PowerCone would be a better choice than the PowerBall.

I have found many chrome polishes too coarse and aggressive for my tastes and only use them on chrome in really bad shape. For decent chrome my choice is always an AIO. Meguiar's OTC Cleaner Wax in the maroon bottle to be exact.

I use simichrome and believe it or not DuPont OTC chrome polish
I’ve also used the 3 different glip tone polishes...they are really easy to work with and great results
I’ve used them by hand and with a machine

Collinite 850 is what I always use.

The abrasives are even lighter than any AIO I have used, and the 850 just works IMO

850 works great on tarnishing on the exhaust system. I go over it at least annually at the oil change.

I’d be careful using windex on those wheel wheels as the chrome is pretty thin and and windex doesn’t have the libricants i’d use to clean those. I’d stay away fron aggressive polishes too.
