Chrome wheel polish/protectant

I have a 2013 F-150. I have noticed some light surface rust on the inside lip of the chrome bumpers and some tarnishing on the chrome step boards. What is the best chrome polish out there that also may be used as a protectant. I have taken the truck back (It is only 5 months old) to find out the warranty does not cover surface rust.....

I am sorry to hear that your not covered for your rust issue as for your question you could use Chemical Guys Metal Shine it protects, and give UV protection
