Chunks in Ultima Waterless Wash Plus

There are little green chunks floating around in my UWWP. Here's a couple pics - sorry about the quality:





Will this affect its performance? Anybody else have this issue? Should I call Customer Service about it? I have always kept it out of extreme conditions. Just bought this bottle a couple of months ago, so I don't know why it is separating.
 
Yeah I would call. Mine doesn't look anything like that.

Ive never had chunks in my waterless products by the way.
 
I have never seen that in the waterless wash. I've heard of it happenning in the UTTG sometimes. My guess is using a good shake before using it would be fine but don't go off my guess. I'd give Sam or Rick at Ultima a call to make sure its ok... or if you want it exchanged I'd call AutoGeek but if you go that route ask them to check the batch before they send you more to make sure it isnt an issue in your new bottle.
 
I bought a bottle of this at DF. Once I get home, I'll look at my bottle closer to let you know if it's in mine as well!
 
I have the concentrate and have not experienced this; I'm assuming this was from a pre-mixed bottle? You will find several (perhaps all) of the Ultima polycharged products are known to occasionally form polymer flocculates when stored for a long period. Premiumfinishcare has apparently stated many times that the apparent flocculation doesn't degrade the effectiveness of their products, and frequent agitation will help prevent it. This is perhaps a downside of the high chemical activity of the Ultima series, though this is probably the property that makes them very effective protectants. Let us know what you find out.

FYI,
Most of the Ultima products I have purchased have been less than a few months old when shipped (see manufacturer's date sticker) (not all from autogeek either). Non of my products have had a chance to sit for a couple months without use; I've never experienced this effect first hand.
 
Sorry for not posting yesterday. I looked and it seems like mine is fine. Strange that yours is like that.
