Clay bar ???

Can I clay over new paint or do these areas need to be avoided? The car had a partial re-paint, needing to clay the factory paint. Newer paint is 3 months old.

I would say three months is plenty of time for it to cure. So you should be fine claying it.

3 months is fine. I talked to a guy at a body shop about correcting and waxing/sealing new paint and he said wait 90 days. Which from what I've heard is a little longer then what others have said but in either case your totally fine to do whatever
