clay help

Will be trying clay for first time this weekend. I have the Mothers California Gold kit. I have a honda crv and plan to wash, clay, wash, klasse twins. Can I use the Showtime instant detailer as a lubricant? Could I use the carnuba cleaner wax over the sealant, or will the cleaner part of the wax affect the sealant? Searched the threads, just not sure about brand of clay, lube, and carnuba over sealant.

I would imagine that the cleaner wax would remove the sealant. The clay kit is a good one, although I have never used the cleaner wax. Its best to apply a carnauba after you have given the sealant time to cure. Which is about twelve hours. Not giving the sealant enough time to cure will effect the durability.

Mike has you covered. Use the QD as a lube and no cleaner wax after Klasse twins.
