Clay marring paint but client on wants AIO

Chalk it as a loss hit the affected areas with a dedicated compound or polish and finish the rest of the car with an AIO. Big deal what's it cost you 15 minutes and $2. Move on..

This is where d151 shines, I've not tried Uber or menz aio. You can clean some major problems by bday changing pads. So you got haze d151 and a low cut cutting pad, done.

What AIO are you using?
Menzerna and WG depending on pad selection can remove a lot defects

on this vehicle i was using gg one step sealant. and are the menz and WG sealant based one steps? he wanted long lasting protection. i know i can find this in the store, just asking while on the topic. also what pads would you recommend trying for these, as most of the vehicles i have been doing were getting a full two step then seal. Such as d300 or m105, then m205 or d302, then m21. Thanks

i would have no problem only i didn't notice it until the customer was on the way to pick it up. i checked everything after claying in the sunlight, the during removal under fluorescent lights, again during final wipe down w/ QD, and only after repositioning the hood backed into garage with fluorescents over trunk did the hit the area just right for me to even notice it. heck the swirls all in the hood and trunk the customer didn't even know where there, nor did i tell him since as long as he is happy with what the car looks like is all that matters. His specific request was just to clean it up and protect the paint for the summer.
