Can someone recommend a good cleaner for seat belts? Obviously I don't want to use anything that's going to weaken the webbing. I was told that cleaners that contain petroleum can actually weaken the belt. I read the description for DP Interior Cleaner and since it's water based that sounds like it would be a safe cleaner to use on seat belts. Is that correct?

+1, thats also what i use.
I put some 303 protectant afterwards to protect it

always test a small area outside of view for colorfast. DP and Optimums Powerclean work for me ...

So basically DP Total Interior Cleaner is safe to use. That's good, because that's what I've been using.

d/p is what i used on my grungy seat belts in my dump truck a couple years ago and they came out great!!!!
