But I'd really like to put a sealer on when I'm all done (ultimate liquid).
And as I understand it, I really shouldn't be putting a sealant on top of a wax.
How do I get around this?
Simple.
Just apply the Meguiar's Ultimate Liquid Wax on after you use the cleaner/wax.
In simple terms you'll be using the cleaner/wax AS A PAINT CLEANER and then sealing the paint with the Megs UW. Some will argue that the synthetic wax won't bond to the wax left by the cleaner/wax but that's all hypothetical.
Keep it simple... the second product you apply will likely at least in part dissolve or remove whatever the cleaner/wax left behind and the two will become one. Then let the second product dry to a haze and wipe off the excess.
You're done.
Now wash carefully and repeat when needed or when you feel like it.
I like the slight abrasive nature of a cleaner wax. I'm not aware of any "cleaner sealers".
Is there such a thing and if not, what are some other options?
Lots of cleaner/waxes and lots of cleaner/sealants and in fact most products are cleaner/hybrids.
