I have p21s restorer and soap. Tips have been neglected and I plan on cleaning this weekend. My question is, do I need to use both? If I need both, which one first. If I only need one which one is the better option. I also have some Poorboys wheel sealant to use as LSP, will this work?

I would suggest you use both to bring back as much life,though you would want to use p21s soap first then once after you scrub, and or clay them(if you want) then you would use p21s restorer, as for your lsp it should work since both wheels, and exhaust tips gets hot, also note that if you wanted some uses 0000 steel wool, and even iron x on these components
