Interior rear windows in 2-door, four passenger coupes (non-hatchback) are the most difficult. I'm fairly small and flexible and I hate them. In the sun and it's not even worth it.
OP - for the front windshield I'll use my regular method two glass microfiber towels (one damp with window cleaner, other for buffing/drying). This will usually get all windows perfect and the front window 90-95%. I'll follow this with a clean plush microfiber with just a spritz of water and this usually takes care of the final very minor streaks. Good luck with it.
