Clear coat wheels

Can anyone tell me if the wheels on a 2005 Chevy Trailblazer LT are clear coated? I'm not sure what to use to clean and polish them.

Painted or chrome or aluminum? My 2007's are clear coated but its the SS version so not the normal rims.
