Was wondering if anyone knows how to fix small clear coat chiping . Its along the windows around the seals . Only on the driver side . Also along the edge of the door seal . Just wanted yo see if there is away to fix them with out having to have the panels recleared .

proper way to fix it would be a respray, you can use a fiberglass spot sanding pen to smooth out the edge around the chip and then brush on some touch up clear, it won't look great but anything looks better than rust.

There is a product, Plasti-Kote Clearcoat (#3701) that is made for those kind of spots. Just don't use too much, it will look 'amber' if to heavy of an application.

I picked it up at (I think) at a NAPA store.
