I had just over $100 in my cart and it showed free shipping. I place the order then got a e-mail stating that a error occured and free shipping was given by mistake. The free shipping level is $500. I was told my card would be charged the shipping rate. Low and behold my card was double charged. So everyone look at your statment. Instead of charging the shipping they did a full charge again w/the shipping along with the old charge w/o it.
They tried to pull that with me too, I told them to cancel the order.
I canceled my order too... In fact, my order was already en route but they changed my items and charged me shipping without my consent. I told them to recall the shipment and created a dispute with my CC company right away.
i thought they would ship by the 30th-thursday
Well, none of this is very encouraging...I guess I'm just going to pass.
Neither of my orders, the one from the 25th and the 26th have been shipped yet. IDK what is going on. When did you order yours? Both of them say shipping pending when I check the status on their site.

DOESN'T MATTER! They are still in business and taking people's money! This is the WORST customer service and communication I have ever heard of/been a part of. It is laughable how bad this situation is now. Not a single person from PAC has addressed anyone's concerns on the forum. This is ridiculous. It is becoming painfully obvious why they are in the situation they are....That what? PAC is going out of business and they have limited staff. Think about the amount of orders coming and the computer/limited staff constantly trying to update stock/package/ship. Must be a fracking nightmare for them right now.

I understand that but you can't just change people's orders and charge them additional fees without them knowing!!!! Would you like to go to a restaurant, see your bill for $40, pay it with your CC and when you get home to check your statement, you get charged $60!? That's just wrong!!! I have my my invoice and that's why I expect to get charged.
I have to agree with you two that it does feel cheap and dirty about the emails coming in late but think about what they are going through. A business being over, I'm sure their hearts are very heavy and burdened with what they have to do now.
All I'm saying is have a bit more understanding.
What if you just had your car serviced in your local dealership and the bill came out to be $75. But the service manager wanted to add an extra $25 just for kicks after you left. How would you feel?
