Coating on plastic trim peeling. What to do?

Hoping someone here can offer some suggestions on this. This Land Rover LR4 has the coating on the trim of the NAV screen and DVD screens mounted in the headrest peeling. Replacing the trim isn’t much of an option as it requires buying all new screens. Which isn’t really feasible just for peeling trim. It’s also not easy to remove them. Any products or methods I might could use on it?
 
If they are easily separated you could always paint them.
 
Unfortunately no. Once that process begins, you really could only temporarily mask it with a trim conditioner/coating/etc.

Do a search online and you'll find that they are removable. Mask them up and paint them flat black or glossy black.
