Im wanting to do a coating for the first time and i would love some suggestions.

I would like something that feels slick, ive heard some of the coatings feel like untreated paint, and dont have a slickness to them, I would like something that is as close to freshly waxed paint as possible.

Ease of application, being that this would be my first time doing a coating, the easier the better

Longevity, the whole reason for these coatings is to last a long time right?

Any and all help would be great.

McKees 37 Hydro Blue. Apply while vehicle is wet after washing. There can be no wax or any other protection on the surface. Completely bare.

Recommend the combination of Gtechniq's Crystal serum light and Exo version 3

Agree easy to use fantastic results 64 dollars. The down side is they never have it in stock. SO I went with glass coat 20cc for. 99.meant gloss coat.

Just used Gtechniq CSL for the 1st time yesterday. Super easy to apply, & left a very slick feel.

Mckees and PBL are also easy to apply and very forgiving with a slick surface.

Pinnacle Black Label Surface Coating, Optimum Gloss Coat, or my new fav The Gloss Shop Ceramic

I am moving to touchless. It's too easy to add marring while you are putting the coating on. I would recommend Hydro Blue or Gyeon Wet Coat, reapplied every 3 months.

I agree.

I used Gyeon Wet Coat last week. Last night I drove and this morning my hood and bumper was a bug crime scene. mass bug murder. I lightly sprayed the hood with some rinseless solution and VERY lightly wiped with towels soaked with rinseless solution and the bugs wiped right off. Gyeon Wet Coat leaves a very slick surface. All you do is spray it on, and spray it off every 3 months. Dry using a leaf blower. The water blows off incredibly easy after teh Wet Coat.

No rubbing, no chance of marring while you are protecting.

Thanks for the info guys, i ended up going with a mix of suggestions. Im doing the Gtechniq CSL, and top it after a couple days with Wetcoat. After doing some reading, it looks like its easier to use than Reload, and says its great as a coating topper.
