Cobra Indigo Microfiber Polishing Cloth - 12 pack purchase comments

I have some of the older indigo's without the hot wire cut edges and they are great towels!!! If AG can get back to those, that would be awesome. The older indigo's are the only cobra MF towel I'm a fan of.

Have you looked at the pakshak edgeless? Only $4.50 per towel ;)

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to drop in the thread and explain how impressed I am with Autogeek's response to this issue. and Dwaynes actions especially.

While I felt this was a true mistake, and not the intentions of AG to short hand anyone with these towels, I was totally happy with just making the thread to notify the members mainly, and also AG of the problem. Like I said in the beginning, I did not make this thread for compensation or free product (when I easily could have).

Dwayne went out of his was to communicate with me to show that the customer service dept. of AG is on it. And he also explained to me that he would like for me to try out there Cobra Gold Plush towels..,, told me to check my email, which I did... and there has been a VERY LARGE order of Gold Plush towels send out to me, on AG. I mean BIG time overcompensation.

AG did not have to do this, but they did anyway. And this means a lot to me. I felt that I needed to come in this thread and let everyone know how impressed I am with the way this is being handled.

In a case like this, I truly believe its the thought that really counts more than anything. And AG showed that they care and they made up for in more ways than they had to.

Thank you Dwayne and AG.

Sounds like AG did a nice job on fixing the problem for you.
I heard the gold plush are very nice but for polishing/buffing off wax,I preffer the edgeless towels. The price for the Indigo "hot wired cut" is a excellent price, but I won't use them on my paint.
I already have Glass, door jam, interior towels,so I had to go else where for my edgeless.
I'm sure AG will get rid of their inventory of the "hwc" at them prices because they are good quality (material) towels.

no doubt they went out of there way for me more than I could have ever imagined. I will not need to buy plush MF towels for the entire year or more. And I use a lot of towels. AG's new Plush towels are a newer design and the same that are being offered by other high quality manufacturers. the other week I got about 6 of the cobra 600 JR's, and the gray 530's and was really happy to notice this. They are softer and plusher than the ones they used to sell about 6 months ago. They are the same towels as the Pakshak Microband towels (the paksak "BIG BOY" Ultra-microband). Seems like the 4 main vendors are now using this manufacturers towel. I'm very happy about this as AG just sent me a case of golds !! :)

I too sent a note to Dwayne concerning mine. Luckly I only have 5/8 bad. Interesting thing is my good 3 which are quite used are fine- but others have stated they have sent back old ones because of the same hot cut edge. I got a three pack for xmas that are bad, and two that came with souveran that are real bad.

Anywho- I have had awesome luck with the purple plush towels- I am glad that they are all looking good--- got like 20+ on the shelf in freezer bags waiting for spring!

I also commend you for how you wrote your thread. You did so in a very factual manner, without coming across as being downright pissed like some others might. It worked out for everyone: you, AG, and AG customers.

I'm very happy about this as AG just sent me a case of golds !! :)

Hey now! You are going to get me in trouble with Max! He's going to think I sent you 180 towels!!! (Max it was 24, I promise!) Im the MAN

The 16x16 Gold Plush towels are only $5.99 (GREAT VALUE!) but the Indigos you had are $9.99 so I wanted to make sure that you received the correct monetary value with the Gold Plush.

haha, i'm VERY sorry Dwayne ! Another vendor I use considers 25 as a case/box. Thats where I got that wording from. :nomore:from me. :)
I will more than make it up to AG with future purchases.

My intent was to show the forum members that i'm very happy, and I might have exaggerated some. :)

Well said mg6045! thank you for the gold plush towels AG and Dwayne! this marks a fantastic start to my new year! thank you guys very very much! :xyxthumbs:

:dblthumb2: to AG, I like these towels more than the indigo polishing towels. IMO, they are just super soft and safe. Different length on each side. One side is actually tighter than the indigo, and the other is super plush and should work great for final buffing.

Thank you AG, :props:, time to start :buffing: and getting Im the MAN

(note : they are a richer gold color in person, my camera is not the best and has a habit of adjusting to backround colors which results in false richness of color on the focused object)

also to note, AG took it upon themselves to send these to me ! What other vendor would go ahead and do such a thing upon a complaint on a forum !

I disagree that these are "better". These might be better for some things, but I still prefer the indigos for pulling off tough compounds for sure. Nonetheless, AG stepped up and made things right! Glad to purchase from such a good company. Hope that new indigos come in stock soon.
