One of my Cobra Jr's lint and I can get a replacement...I have barely used it and wash it with only MF wash with only MFs and I take great care of them. The rest are good to go! I have 2 Cobra Plush Deluxe and 2 Cobra Jrs and 1 Ultimate Guzzler.

I'm not sure why, I'm guessing so they won't cost anymore than they do. There's also something about Korea having some "splitter" according to the description of the Cobra MFs on the AG site. They are assembled in China I believe.

hundreds of thousands have been sold without issue, less than 10 complaints. Seems like a reasonable number based upon mass production. Bet Mercedes would like those same numbers currently.

I have about 20 Cobra towels. After about 2 years my first ever bought green towels have started linting. I love the blue miracle towels.

Some of my Cobras and Pakshaks are starting to shed, they were fine for over a year and a half. I wash them all seperate (wheels, paint, glass etc all go in seperate groups for washing). I don't blame the towels, those strands are so small eventually they are going to start shedding, I noticed it when I wiped against glass with one and noticed thin looking hair strands on the glass reflecting from the sun, starting testing all the towels that way to see what was shedding. My CG ones aren't but they are newer and haven't seen the use the others have.

Heard boiling them will help?

Yeah, my next MF order will come from CG. Time to change it up a little! How do the CG ones compare to pakshak?

Maybe we should take this to PM so we dont get in trouble... :grouphug: Clean your box!

I think all 3 are pretty similar, hard to tell a difference, their all soft. I actually got a bunch of my Cobras barely used (most were still in package) from a guy on Autopia long time selling a bunch of stuff that he over bought on lol.

I don't blame the towels, as my Pakshaks started doing the same thing, and some of my orange Vroom towels as well. My CG's haven't but they are newer and haven't seen the use the others did, I still think the microfiber strands are so small that after a year and half of using the towels eventually they will start to lint. Cobras are still excellent. PM box cleared, jeeze I'm popular, damn box is getting full every couple days lol.

I was told boiling them will help, anybody on here every try that, I know on Autopia people have and said it worked....something about boiling my micros doesn't sound right though..lol

yea I have heard of boiling also. I will try it with my green multis. And post up the results.

 boiling them, really? I would only test a few! Doesn't seem right to me.

I've heard to boil them if you accidently use fabric softener.

Yea, well I figure I have nothing to lose, I have had these towels for 2 years. They have done alot of work for me.
I will only do one of three. Its funny how all 3 of them started lintin at the same time.

My Cobra Jrs. were linting and Jason was kind enough to send me replacements. Got the Cobra Indigos instead and I'm very pleased with them. Talk about customer service!

My favorite Cobras are still the green ones that I got with my first purchase. I only have one left as I've given the others away, but I reach for it time and time again.

They were replaced by the yellow ones, but CRAP, I used them last time and they're starting to lint.

It's really starting to bother me now!!!

So,its tue that not all Cobra MF comes directly from Korea and China as claimed?Do they have a factory in Indonesia too?

Mine are linting too. Probably 4-5 months old. Always washed by themselves and never dried..

I just got my cobras and they dont feel like any thing special, they arent all that soft.

Which Cobra's?, mine are very soft as well as my CG's and PakShaks. My Vrooms are a little less soft, but never noticed any marring even on black from them.
