I was a little disappointed when the AG Cobra MF's were found to be "hot wire cut" this past week because I was in need (well wanted) some more MF's for wax/polish removal.I really like how the edgeless MF perform when doing these type's of tasks.
Since I wasn't comfortable using/ordering the "hwc" MF's from AG,I had to shop else where.
Well my Pak MF's arrived today and decided to do a comparison.
The blue MF is AG's Cobra Indigo edgeless (old version,non hwc edge) and the white is Pak's edgeless:

My honest opinion here is the Cobra (blue) is a bit denser (very little) than the Pak MF.The edge on the Cobra (old version,non hwc) is just a smidge tighter.
The AG Cobra edgeless is more expensive (old version) BUT a EXCELLENT edgeless MF.I'll have to say for the price of the Pak,it's an excellent value.
So it is a lil tough deciding between the two for me for future orders, once AG get's their Cobra (non-hwc) MF's back in stock.
None the less,AG having the "hwc" issue forced me to try other edgeless MF's and i'm glad I had the chance.
