How easy is it to change my ect2 on my 2006 honda accord ?

Should be right on the top of the motor, to the left of the throttle body. Keep in mind, the p2185 just means the sensor isn't getting the correct reading - could be the sensor, the wiring to the sensor, or a stuck thermostat causing the sensor to read the wrong temperatures.

Welcome to autogeek, and to add to what was previously stated you may have to check the voltage reading from the sensor, and or check for corrosion within the sensor and connector, and another thing pay attention to vehicle temperature if it suddenly read hot after a few minutes then it may be thermostat
