Coated Tori in 2 coats of 845. Getting her "slightly" ready for winter :)

They're HDR images, but I had to take pics in the middle of the day, so silver gets washed out.

Never was a silver fan, but after owning Tori for a few months, for a daily driver, can't beat it.

took these this weekend, coated her in 2 coats of Colly 845.

Great pics, the HDR really added to them. How many shots were bracketed? What camera & lens were you using? There are some camera junkies on AutoGeek that would love to know.

Love it :dblthumb2:

I love the rear bumper on the SE

Thanks man... I fell in love with the SE as well over the regular TSX.

Magazine quality shots! :props:

Thanks guys...I appreciate it. I have been giving too much love to Marilyn lately... So I figured it's time for Tori ;)

Shots were taken with Nikon d60, 18-55 nikkor lens..5 bracket exposures... F5.6...

+5 what others said. Very nice photography. Car detail is awesome as well. Thanks for sharing. I love 845 my new favorite wax.

wow...those pics look like the "artist rendition" of anew model and building..almost cartoonish, but awesome!

I like these HDR images better than the ones you've posted before - a lot less "haloing" around edges, and less obviously processed. Still a bit too contrasty and saturated for my taste, but other people have tastes different than mine.

Nice pics. Interesting to do 5 brackets vs the traditional 3 for HDR. Did you do the HDR layering in Photoshop or another program? Very crisp colors and edges. I've never been able to get one to come out this sharp.

Well done.

Let me see.....

Gorgeous car!
Nice setting!
Beautiful day!
Outstanding photos!
Great choice in waxes!
Absolutely stunningly wet!

Car looks awesome... Loving the shots!

Thanks sir.

845 is great...but I only use it for winters. The removal, though easy by normal standards, requires a bit more effort than other wowo products. But for durability, can't beat it.

Very nice pics awesome shots and car.

You know what umi, I figured out what that haloing effect was. On my HDR program, there is a default setting called "magic glow". I shut that off. I prefer the crisp natural lines.

But thank you for compliment.

HDR...Do you have a HTC phone? My HTC Vivid has HDR

Those are taken with a dslr Nikon d60, not a phone. Nothing can beat a good quality dslr...IMO.

Great job & amazing shots.

Thanks guys. Yes, I usually do 5 shots of aeb. I can do 3 too, but I noticed that with 5, the range is much better. When you do 3, what do you do? +2, 0, and -2? Or do you do +1, 0, and -1?

Thanks bobby... I appreciate it. It was a beautiful day indeed. 75, wispy clouds, and a cool breeze. Soon, it will -10 outside. Egad!

What software are you using? I used to use Photomatix Pro, but I've since settled on Photoshop's in-built HDR functionality, mainly because it fits in well with my Lightroom-based workflow. Hmmm... I see that Photomatix now does a Lightroom export plugin - might be worth re-assessing it as an option.

I am too cheap to buy photomatix pro :D lol... I use EasyHDR on my iMac.

In your opinion, is Photomatix or photoshop worth getting? how much is it?

i'll be using collinite 845 soon on my 2010 mazda 3 (silver paint) any recommendations on what pad i should use with my GG6 DA.
