Hello guys/gals ,just got my first order from AG ,thanks alot . I am concerned about the collinite 845 that came with my order ,it looks all crystallized and chunky ,I don't think it is suppose to be like that is it????

This is perfectly normal.

If it's a little thick, place the container in some hot water right from the tap. Leave it to soak for a few minutes then remove and shake. Do this until it's at the right consistency for use....
 
Put it in warm water and shake it really well. It will turn into liquid.
 
yea it still amazes me with the transformation, I love this stuff!
 
i got mine like that too. all you have to do is shake it vigorously until it liquefies. quite a few threads about it. shake shake shake...
