Has anyone used this yet? If so, what are your thoughts? According to the description in AG, this seems to be a hardcore wax that will stand up to mostly anything!

I have some 845, but haven't used it on any of our vehicles yet. I did on one of the boats and waverunner though and it worked top notch. I have 915 though as well and think it's better, 915 is even more durable then the insulator wax and has a nice look. I'm going to use it on our other vehicles and stick with it as I don't have time to detail all of them on the weekends or whenever. I show my truck the most attention. This way I can give them quick qashes and not both applying anything, 915 will last for months and motnhs in South Fl heat and maintain it's very nice look, doesn't really fade away like other waxes do.
 
I just used 845 on my Truck two days ago, I applied it over EX-P. It went on and off very easily, It left a very nice shine and a slick surface. I am very happy with it at this point. It is raining outside right now, and it is beading up very nicely. I am a Souveran user on my black truck, however living in Michigan and with the snow ready to fly I "winterized" using the Collinite 845 because of its durability, this should now get me through the winter months.

You will not be disappointed with the 845.
 
the 845 is great!! I just used it on the wifey's white escape. Went on and off very easy!! I used it over AIO and was very pleased!!
 
I like what I'm hearing/reading. I thought it might be a good product for vehicles that don't get as much attention as our personal rides...
 
It's supposed to be the ultimate for durability, even better than sealants. I used it on my Bonneville. It went on so easy, and came off just as easy. And it beads awesome! I haven't tried any other waxes on this car yet, so I can't compare look, but I think it looks great. Just check the Collinte page of Autogeek to see how it looks on my car. :D:righton:

I love this stuff.......oh yeah. I did the motorhome in it too.

Klasse Twins are hard to beat in durability. Ilthough I still wanna try some Collinite.
 
I've used both the 845 and 476 paste wax. Both excellent. I just put some 845 on my new truck which is Inferno Red Crystal Pearl and it darkened it and made it look very nice. Both of them are so easy to use.

Justin: GREAT REFLECTION SHOT! I had to look at the pic twice to see the motorhome.

Do all of them last a long time let of between #476, #845, and Carnuba Paste Wax? or which one is better for a truck that is outside 24/7?
 
I use 845 IW on my own car nowadays. Yes i have access to a wash facility now (top of the UCF car garage!), but an actual garage where I can completely detail the car is still hard to come by. I've had a single coat of 845 over a base of AIO since mid september when I fully detailed the car for the trip up to NOPI nationals in atlanta. To this day, it still beads like crazy when I wash it.

One cool attribute of 845 is the fact that it helps the car clean itself. Leave teh car out in a rainstorm (read storm, not a mild drizzle) for a little while and when it dries off, it will be noticeable cleaner than before the storm.
