I found a little blob on my bumper that looked like soap water, but I couldnt wipe it off. Is that what people are talking about when they say "hologram"? I just looks like s smear that wont go away. "its blue/purple/yellow.

1. What is it?
2. How did it get there?
3. How to get rid of it?
 
Do you have pics of it? How about some light polishing by hand?
 
ill try to take some pics, it might be hard. And yea, Ill try hand poli.
 
Fminus..what were the last products you used...holograms are not blobs...but buffer trails that refract light that give a hologram effect....so you may just have a product reacting with another or a build up of one and just needs needs to be cleaned off...with something like AIO....list what you did and we can go from there....

I used:
SIP w orange lcc pad
Nano w orange lcc pad
thats when I saw the blob
then I added Jetseal
then Souveran
 
So you seen the blob after you polished....can you feel the blob....how big is it..is it a raised blob meaning like a pimple....does it look like clear coat..

cant feel it, looks like what happends when you spill gasoline on the paint
 
Ok..if you have AIO or something like it...try wiping the area with it....try to clean it chemically first...no abrasive actions yet...see if that works....with out a pic we are shooting in the dark....
