Pros:
2 color (and good choices)
looks fairly professional
Cons:
the car and BD are kind of lost in the gray
gradients often don't print well
looks pretty busy
the 'wings' look kind of odd.. like they could be wasp wings or scorpion legs, or even a butterfly and they don't really match the look of the other elements
if it were my design I'd consider it something worth pursuing, but I'd be refining a lot of it.

You could also go more simple
And just use the letters
No shield or car
That way your initials? Are the only focus and not the car or shield..
Or cut the shield in half and only use the top portion deleting car and lower shield portion
