I am looking for a budget 2 step options for my whole sale customers. I was thinking about pairing HD Cut with HD Speed or Menz fg400 and Menz 3 in 1. Does and have enough cut to remove compounding haze?

If you go the Menzerna route, I know for a fact that 3n1 has the ability to pull up anything left behind by FG400. 3n1 has the polishing abrasives found in PF2500.

Megs D151. Single step AIO, works awesome, very economical. I use it probably 80% of the time on all of my customers cars.

Mike,

The OP asked for a 2 step option.

While D151 is great for a one step option, a better response would have been M105 and then following up with D151. This would have fit the bill.

Meguiar's Ult Compound then their 'White Wax'.

@OP:
•IMO...
-I don't see why it has to be a "2-Step".
-A "1-Step" would be more budget-friendly.

As such:
•I'm with Mike on his below suggestion: :xyxthumbs:

Note:
•The way D151 performs depends on pad selection.

My whole sale guys bring me the cars that thier in house detailer can't clean up, i do 1 steps when i can. most of the cars i get are dark colored (mostly black), and they want as many defects removed as possible, but they like it quick and cheap as possible (they try to haggle prices, so i start high and let them haggle down to the price i was orriginally thinking)

I still wouldn't discount D151 PRC from
being able to accomplish this task.
After all:
It is a paint Reconditioning cream.

I would consider the PB World Polish #2 and the PB World Polish with Sealant.

I recently used the Wolfgang Total Swirl remover with an LC flat orange pad and finished with PB polish with sealant on an LC flat white pad and the vehicle came out great.

Now the WG stuff is very good, but not budget friendly. I used it because I had some left over from a a purchase in 2009. Going forward, I will be giving the PB polish #2 a go as it is a good bit less expensive and should give similar performance to the WGTSR based on the Polish Comparison Chart.

Good luck.

Wow! Good combination suggestions in this thread, but I am partial to Firehouse Mike and Bob's comments.

Mike@landrover,
I'd be interested in hearing more via pm about the 'other' products you use as 1-steps.

We do it commonly with M100 and D151 (PRC). I was impressed with HD Speed at Detail Fest, so I suspect it would do well for you. Try it and let us know.

Add a layer of M26 or some D156 as a second step. All I'm saying is D151 with a MF pad (5" on GG6 in pic) works awesome with no DA haze.

I ended up using HD Cut on a Meguiars MF cutting disc followed by HD Speed on a Rubes yellow pad. I will start to play with other combo's but i think this will be my go to from now on.

Hy, in my opinión Scholl concepts S20Black is the only real 1 step polish , great CUT and incredible finish.

The new HD products are really greats. HD speed works very well ,must have
