Compound Recommendation for Newb

So Im still new to machine detailing. I have had some success with my PC7424xp and M105 as my compound but it can be difficult to work with because it dries out really fast. I was interested in trying another compound, possibly Megs D300 or Menz FG400. Any recommendations? I do work in a garage but obviously gets hot in summer and have orange LC flat pads. Thanks in advance.

Hyper Compound and polish have a little longer work times...the compound doesn't have quite as much cut as 105. The polish has some correction capabilities on a cutting pad...finishes great with a polishing pad. JMO
