Conclusion for Mobile Carpet Extractors

I'm already getting a Wagner 905 steamer for spot cleaning and grease on door jambs.

However, after vacuuming and steaming stain spots on carpets, I'd like to follow up with this guy: portable extractor

Then there is also: This guy (even better deal it seems)

Best deal I can find for a 2 gallon extractor. Has anyone found a better deal than this? It's quiet a good deal, just wondering if there's something out there that I don't know about.

Heck of a warranty for such a small price. This one is a steal considering I'm trying to start up mobile and "NOT" take out a business loan.
