Confused about IRON-X

I have to say Tony, your house and area looks really nice!

Well thank you very much sir. :dblthumb2:
Here's a couple shots more facing towards the garages.

Gives me plenty of both outdoor AND indoors space. (Can always make CarMomma park outside.)

Here's a shot of the upper deck out back, screened porch to the right, 40' patio below, while standing on a 12 x 18 lower deck.

The idea of working in the IRON-X spray makes sense using a grout sponge for sure but do you usually wait for it to start "bleeding out" or what:confused:

I would add a note or two...

IX does dissolve oxidised iron but it is not really designed to dissolve big lumps of it. For instance, spray it on a heavily rusty surface. It will bleed like crazy but it will rarely remove all the rust. It would take repeated application to get rid of it all. What this means is you should NOT assume that all of the contamination is actually dissolved and you should be prepared that the use of some media on the surface may result in removal of undissolved lumps of fallout which you then drag around the surface. Of course, as detailers, this is something best avoided! In my case, I would work on the basis of avoiding contact until the bleeding is mostly done (easier said for me, since fallout remover costs me a tiny fraction of retail, I understand this approach may be too expensive for others).
