Has anyone successfully been able to contact the store via the "email" option?

I am unable to get any responses...
 
Might get their attention with a phone call.
 
I haven’t had an issue in the past, normally take a day for them to see it or overnight.

Zero response via the email option. I went ahead and called, and unfortunately, a lot of details fell through the cracks, as they usually do when people don't have time to sit down and think about what is being said.

Can you private message me your name and/or email, we have a ticketing system for our emails so none "fall through the cracks" so I would like to look into this for you.
Most all of our emails are answered before lunch time each day so this is not how we like to see our customers taken care of, sorry for the trouble.

I sent two over the last couple weeks. Just look for two that have received no response.

Doesn't really matter, at this point. I got the issue resolved via the manufacturer.

P.S. - did you try the email linked to my forum account?
