The days of Autogeek having an employee monitoring or participating on this forum are a long way behind us. Even when they were active, motorsports or track activities were never their thing. They'd do a Cars and Coffee or detailing training classes.
I you just want to drive large vehicles at a leisurely pace, you'd probably be better off setting up a group drive on some scenic backroads. The scenery will be way better, you avoid any costs of track rental or insurance issues, and if you plot a good route you can add a stop at a good local pub/restaurant. Even in a performance car, that sounds like a much better time to me!
I fully appreciate a nice relaxing drive at manageable speeds, but a track is the last place I'd want to do that. If for no other reason than you're only doing slow laps of the same circuit and never go anywhere. Unless you get somewhere interesting like Laguna Seca or Watkin's Glen, the scenery isn't all that interesting. You're simply driving in circles at road speeds. The whole reason tracks are built is to provide a safe place to push vehicles to their limits at high speed.
