Convert fittings on foam canon?

Hi guys
I have the auto geek foam canon that hooks up to my garden hose.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me if I could buy the fittings to convert it over to use my new pressure washer?

It wouldn't work with a pressure washer. You'd need to get a foam lance designed for a pressure washer.
