Convince me to buy a foam gun

Each person will have their opinion...and an opinion is just that.

That being said, there are many benefits to a foam cannon but here are a few reasons that I absolutely love my MTM Hydro Lance...

These reasons may not be scientifically proven but I feel foaming a car's surface loosens the dirt and grim off of the surface when allowed to dwell prior to rinsing. This allows for less dirt and contaminants being dragged across the surface, as well as contaminating your wash media. Less effort in using your wash media across your paints surface yields less swirls and scratches you could possibly induce in the paint.

Funny, I was thinking about this earlier today when I washed my car. Now that I have a garage to keep my main vehicle in, I can wash and store my vehicle without worrying about the elements of nature. My car will sit until I get my next order of detailing products next week which will be used to polish out my car. I'm fairly certain my car will retain some dust from sitting in the garage so what I'll do is foam the car and then dry since I've already washed it.

Foaming a car is beneficial in the winter time as well. You may not want to sit out in the cold washing your vehicle, however if it snows and your car gets salt on it from driving, you may want to get that off ASAP.

So those are some reasons I can think of off the top of my head, but I'll leave you with the following thread I started awhile ago. If this doesn't get you pumped about a foam cannon I don't know what will
