Biz partners parents just finished their new house so we were over the other day for welcome party, pool can change colors to the beat of music also, and there are fiber optics for light designs but they weren't on.

That is a nice a pool. the lighting at night must be cool. your Biz Partner is in for some good times and fun parties..

He may just move back in for the parties LOL, parents are constantly throwing them. I'll try to get some pics, gorgeous, about 6-7k sqft under air I believe, don't remember the total sq footage. Dan (bamboo) details the cars of a guy in the same community.
 
Parties and Family gatherings are good..no sense in having a nice home without family/friends to share ...

And they go all out, father also takes care of all the workers for his business, throwing them parties and inviting them over at huge bbq's, very giving family. It's cool to see that b/c not many other business owners care about anything else but the cash.
 
That just screams for an 80s party!!!
