Which type of polisher are you using?

I have had no problems with it. I have only used it with a rotary so far. I have a PC and all the necessary pads at work, but can't use it. My boss says DA's are only good for spreading wax, and he knows that you can't correct paint or polish with one.

It is my favorite compound. Just can't use it at work. My boss likes 3m perfect it. I feel m105 cuts just as hard and finishes much better

No offense, but it sounds like you boss is completely ignorant. He probably just likes 3m products because that's all he's ever used. I'd argue that you can't cut extremely hard with a PC, but you can definitely polish and do light correction.

Having bosses like that was the reason I started my own business in the first place. I hate working for stupid people who think they know everything.
