2006 Corvette

Wash - Duragloss Soap, All white Shmitt, Guzzler
Wax - spitshined 5050
It was pretty easy to use and remove. Less so than Souveran though.

Compare to Souveran

Verdict: 5050 is more reflective, but Souveran has that glow!! 5050 was applied over Souveran (meaning I didn't strip the wax). Honestly, I would take souveran over 5050, I prefer the glow and warmth to reflections.

2007 Ford Fusion

Both cars got AA foam on the tires/wells to clean, DP gel wheel cleaner and wheel shmitt, AA tire gel on the tires, DP krystal vision on the glass.

Holy crap that's wet!! Great job Abrcrombe, never seen you post a detail:confused: Looks like Killr has some STOUT competition. He may be asking you for some tips;)

Never really did anything worth posting. Everything was small work here and there. Hopefully I have more time to do more details.

Well, it looks like you've been listening;) Great work my friend:righton:

BOMB JOB!
You rock. That looks as good as Kllr's!

good job!!! they both look very nice. in the pic of the rear of the vette... what does the circles in the rear glass come from. i also have them in my civic. is there any getting rid of this?

Wow, the vette looks awesome. Nice fusion, looks really good in black. Now I wished I had got mine in black. Did you have a hard time drying off the grill area? Mine seems to drip forever.

I see them on a lot of cars, I think it's normal

abrcrombe, OMG awesome man! They both look like they come out of a gloss and wet factory. :applause: Thanks for posting your pics!
AA tire foam, have you ever tried black magic tire foam?

I agree with you on Souveran over 5050 anyday, plus your pics reminded me of my first day with the Vette.

My brother actually wishes he got his in SILVER! Black is awesome IMO. Do you have a leaf blower? It works wonders on getting out water from all their sneaky hiding places!

Sparkie, I never tried BM tire foam. How does it compare??? price??

My wal-mart has AA for 2.97 and 3.27 for BM. What I have seen is that BM cleans a little better and has a better shine. Sorry so late replying, I just seen this post.
