CoverCraft Car Cover Giveaway!

Why would I like a car cover? Because I live in New England and I have to deal with snow, seagulls, pollen, tree sap, acid rain and a neighbor who likes to turn on his lawn sprinklers after I wash my car.

From a former Marine --- James will get it if I win...thus send it to James. Not only is he a Freedom Fighter he shows class all the time on the forum.

I'm in to help buy the young Freedom Fighter one if someone else wins.

Who won?!

Whoever wins, I just want to thank everyone for the extremely kind words. While I don't feel I deserve all the attention simply for doing a job I love, I do appreciate it. Also the kind words that have nothing to do with my service mean a lot to me. Thank you all.

I have a garage queen that sees maybe 100 miles a year. I find that people who see the vehicle seem to have to touch it and in doing so leave fingerprints so I'm constantly QD'ing it to remove light dust and fingerprints. There are also occasions where a stray bird will get in the garage and or fly debris gets deposited on the paint.

This would be an ideal solution for my MR2

Here is my 20 year old, 1991 Toyota MR2.

Thank you for ALL you do for us and our country James,be safe and get back home safely from your deployment!
Good luck with this contest,I voted for you to win ;)

Why do I want the best car cover made? Simple.

I am deploying in one more week for a year. I will only be home for my wedding in October, then back out for deployment. The poor Cobra is going to have to sit all alone in the storage facility. In fact, last night was its last night here at home in the garage. Today it gets tucked away. I would love to have something nice to place over it. Of course, I would have to have someone else (my fiance) do this for me, as tomorrow morning I leave home and will not be back until the wedding. I don't really have the cash to purchase one right now because of the wedding bill that seems to be getting higher and higher. I am lucky just to have it in storage and not in the driveway.

So I ask, no I beg of you. Please let me win this cover so the car can stay warm at night while it spends the next year alone without me.

Thanks.

Here is the car that would love to recieve a blanket for the winter. And for just $1 a day, less the price of a cup of coffee, you can help keep it warm on a lonely night.

James,

Send me a PM, you're the clear winner. :props:

Thanks once again to everyone, including those of you at Autogeek and Covercraft! I am deeply grateful, and my car is already smiling! She can't wait for her woobie. LOL.

Congratulations James!!!!!
And Thank you Nick for doing the right thing, but doesn't AG always do the right thing? I think so!

YAY!!!!! Congrats James, and THANKS for your service. Be careful, and Godspeed.

Way to go, Nick!

James this is awesome and you are so truly deserving :xyxthumbs:

Congratulations my friend .....

Cobra Dude for tha win :props:

James, of course I'm greatfull for your service to our Country, but I'm also greatfull for all that you contribute to this site....Is there anyway you can call your boss and tell them you're not going to be able to make it this time around?

If you'd like, I'll call your boss for you and straighten this all out :poke:

Chosen at random huh? Riiight. Had no idea favoritism played a role in this forum.

Thanks everyone.

Buddy, I am probably going to need you or Scott to put the cover on for me. Claudia is.scared to touch the car lol!

Flash, I will still be on the site. While I can not discuss specifics, I will have internet access.

Well I must say I am sorry your feelings are hurt. However just because I won, you feel it was not at random? Maybe it was, maybe it was not. I guess the minute one person said I should get it, then doubt automatically filled your head. I asked for no special favors or favoritism. If you and others are that offended, I will gladly decline the cover.

Stick around for a while, they have give a ways almost daily. I am sure you will win something if you keep entering them.

We the People chose, not the folks at Autogeek. While it was ultimately AG's decision, we made it clear who we wanted to win. Don't be so jealous.

Congratulations James! You deserve it. :dblthumb2:

No that isn't the case at all. Nick said at RANDOM, then posted that he's the "clear" winner.

Seems like favoritism to me. I saw a lot more other deserving people on here than him (NOT INCLUDING MYSELF) you basically chose someone because in one short sentence said they're being deployed :wow: You chose someone who also has the luxury of the car being in storage! I don't think anyone else here even had that! Just seems a bit silly to me, let me know when you want the shirt off my back too.
