Do the baggie test to see if you need to clay the vehicle to remove embedded contaminants. The baggy test means to take a thin plastic bag, put your hand inside, and then drag it across the paint in various places: hood, roof, trunk, and especially rear bumper where contaminants gather. The plastic bag will amplify what your fingers feel. If the paint feels rough, you should get a clay bar or clay mitt and use it with lubrication to remove the contaminants. I’d recommend this after the Iron X wash. Coating will often mar the paint. So definitely polish afterwards but you’re planning that anyway.
The BF Spray SiO2 would likely work though CarPro suggests Reload to protect the coating while curing.
Looks like a good plan overall. Just plan for it to take longer than you expect unless you’ve done this before. Not that it is very hard, just time consuming the first time.

By the time you finish polishing it will be more than one hour. Following with Eraser is good practice. I would tend to lead to stay within the product family for a topper. I am sure the BF would work but I have never used it. Give it at least 1 hour or wait until the next day.
