Cuisine from trip to Bavaria

I wanted to share some of the food that I had a chance to enjoy from my trip to Bavaria recently. I must say the food was delicious as well as the Bavarian wheat beer. I surely had my fair share of it all while on vacation.

Yum! Did you check out the Hofbräu House's beer hall too? Looks like you were in the nicer restaurant side for this photo.

Jäger Schnitzel with Spätzle

I could eat Spätzle everyday... so good and so hard to find done right state side...

Mmmm. Jäger Schnitzel und Spätzle mit Weiss Bier....

Just picked up a fresh case of Erdinger... Maybe I could share a picture?

Weiss Bier and Dunkels are probably my two favorite varities-especially if they're from Germany. If you haven't already, try some Schneider Weiss - one of only five national breweries in Germany. Couple of those I've been able to buy in the States at Total Wine. The first Weiss Bier you displayed I've never seen before but....worth a look. It's all good though and especially while being there - thanks for the update Mike.

I love some German Weiss und Dunkel Bier. Gonna have to look up the Schneider Weiss.
