what do i use guys i tried mother chrome polish and megs aluminum polish and turtle wax mothers didnt perform great the other 2 did also what do i use on after market painted black rims? and as far as wax can i apply wheel wax on both chrome and painted rims also reg stock rims help

The polishes you tried are intended to be used directly on metal, your rims are painted black. Therefore you need to treat them accordingly, like paint. What are you trying to accomplish? are they just dirty? Been curbed? Do they have swirl marks?

Yes, you can apply wheel wax to those.

sorry i got to detail a chrome wheel and a painted rim, i just wanted to make it really shinny, what do u guys put on this to type of wheels? im gonna top it off with wheel wax after the polish,

Chrome Wheels:
Griots Chrome Wheel Cleaner
Mothers Chrome Polish with Powerball
DP or Poorboys Wheel Sealant

Painted Wheels:
P21S, Griots Wheel Cleaner (not chrome specific)
Polish with paint polish and Powerball as needed
Protect with DP or Poorboys Wheel Sealant
