Customer asked for a quote on a hand wash and wax (Claying if needed) - how should I respond to the following?

You don't want to lose any business. Just do maintenance washes on her truck all winter. If she doesn't care about rough paint, don't worry about. Just keep the truck washed and salt removed from the paint and under carriage all winter
 
Sometimes you just have to give them what they want if you want/need the business you will find over the years there are plenty of people that "know" more than any expert or professional on a topic

They many times will have an aha moment or just be embarrassed later and never see them again.

All you can do is recommend what you believe in and take there money for what they want to pay for.

If your business isn't concours show cars only you just have to cater to their dollar
