Customer Services Not that Great

Well, after been a part of forum for a while I would say that most of us can agree that the problem is not AG, since most of us are very happy with their service...

And with that been said, I think is time for :lock::lock::lock::lock::lock::lock::lock::lock::lock::lock:
 
I see that your order was placed shortly after 4PM EST on Saturday. However, our offices close at 4PM on Saturdays. The fist opportunity to ship the order would be the next business day which is Monday.

I see that you received an email from Meghan on Sunday clarifying the shipping upgrade. Yes, we even work on Sundays sometimes.

On Monday, John sent email regarding the brush and requested a call back so that we could suggest a replacement item. The order was then sent to the warehouse to be shipped.

I apologize that you feel that our service is not great. We work hard to ensure a high level of customer service and appreciate your feedback. Please tell us what we could have done different as we strive to provide the best service we can.

I'm not sure what the OP means when he says he called AG twice and "don't know why that order was not ship either." Are you saying that you called and you don't know why it wasn't shipped, meaning you couldn't get through to someone or misunderstood what they were saying? Or are you saying AG told you they didn't know why your items didn't ship, and left you wondering? If it's the latter, I'd be shocked if that is the case. No way are they going to tell you they don't know why your items didn't ship and then let the conversation end on that note. They surely would have informed you that they would look into it and get back to you. This really doesn't make sense. If your first language is not English, then it's possible that your explanation is just unclear.

I've never had a customer service problem with Autogeek. Superb customer service in all aspects. It's actually hard to think of an online retailer with such good reliability.
 
I ordered some product over a weekend a few weeks ago? and got it the following Friday here in Iowa. 5 days total shipping time.

Had a tracking number on Monday afternoon, tracked it the entire way via ups site and it matched the estimated ship date.
I have no complaints with AG and the packing is always excellent.

i'm a manufacturer's rep in the automotive aftermarket - that means i deal with factories/manufacturers, warehouse distributors, retailers AND end users, and i have to say that AG's customer service is among the best in the industry, bar none, without question.

OP, i think you've jumped the gun big time and people like you need to realize the internet isn't something to be taken lightly when it comes to consumer issues. this stuff can live forever within search engine caches and the like. thankfully, AG can "brownhole" this thread and it will eventually disappear from search engine memory, but again, next time there is an issue, make sure it really is an issue before you start such a thread.
 
Dwayne is the bomb, I had a problem with a Griot's polisher and he had me a replacement in no time. AG customer service is top notch in my book.
