The impression I try to educate, instill in, and ultimately be, and leave each client with is professionalism. They know my passion and how serious I take my work. I had a gentleman I was out detailing two cars for (heard of me, word of mouth, I had never met him before)
I told him I would care of his cars as my own, and he kinda chuckled and told me I wouldn't be at his house if he could expect any less. Trust is a huge factor in what we do, or for those that actually know what we do, and the professional demeanor I exude matches the quality of work and people, at least in my area, will be poaitivivley impacted by this in the coming years as I continue to detail!
I also live by the rule that if I don't or haven't done it to my ride, I won't do it for someone else's.
