Im really on the fence about getting a CR D-120, Ive read good and bad reviews.

I have a side business, I do wash, clay, and seal jobs, and thought this would save time on the drying and water spotting, Of course if its a Correction job, I wouldn't bother with it because ill be correcting the paint anyways. Also just having it for my personal cars would be nice, but I take care of the cars, and always have a coating or sealant on them, so I sheet rinse and dry the car that way, than touch up with detail spray and waffle weave, literally takes me 5 mins.

SO still on the fence about getting one, if its worth it, and I hear its about 10-15 car rinses and the resin needs replaced, And we all know having a detailing business every dollar counts. So my second question is where can you get the resin locally or cheaper than the CR bags at 45 dollars a bag! OUCH!

Any owners that have one please comment, and im sure mike will be in to give his .02 cents with out having CR company on his back lol. I want your TRUE feelings on it.

Right now I have the small inline canister kit, works ok for a few rinses, than need new resin. Im sure the CR system would last a lot longer than this small canister lol

Number of gallons before replacement of resin is directly related to the hardness of your water

You can Google your city name and the words water hardness

CR Spotless has a chart that will give you an answer
