I used Meg's D114 for the first time tonight and it destroyed the UTTG+ that I applied last week on all my trim. It pretty much removed it, leaving a little behind because the trim's surface was streaky and tacky. I had to clean all my trim and re-apply UTTG+. The D114 was @ 256:1.

Has anyone experienced this? I've never had this happen with DG 931 or ONR at the same ratio.

I will say this stuff is legit, I filled a spray bottle from the bucket of wash that I used to presoak and I wiped my interior down which had 303 on it, and it pulled pretty much everything off of that too.

What was supposed to be a quick wash and interior wipe down turned into much more work.

I guess D114 is that strong lol. Its a water based dressing, so its somewhat expected to be reapplied often.

IME most water-based dressings will be removed if using a "cleaning" product--especially if the dressing has been on the vehicle for some time.

I've been getting about 1-2 months out of UTTG+ using the DG and ONR rw's weekly. That's why I'm surprised that a week old application was removed by D114.

Maybe it's because the DG and ONR leave something behind where as the D114 does not?
