DA polisher question

Well I had a friend send me the polisher and a couple sets of pads but I've never used a da polisher before. Anyone give me any advice?

Here's a quick vid on MOL (I looked real quick and couldn't find one on AG), but basically keep the pad flat on the car and watch the speed of the buffer. Start out slow then increase the speed as you adjust to the machine doing your 'test spot.' Then slowly increase the speed as you become more accustomed to using the DA. Try to keep your arm speed slow and overlap each pass by about 50 percent to ensure complete coverage/working of an area.

I clayed my car an hour or so ago but don't know which pad to use with my da polisher the blue or orange one with meguiars ultimate polish thanks in advance.
