DACP#83 and Poorboys SSR3?

Does the Poorboys SSR3 have more bite then Megs#83 polish? Is it more aggressive? I'm looking to order a product that is more aggressive for use with a pc/da. I have Megs#4 but it not realy for a pc/da, it's more for a high speed buffer. Please help me on this.
 
The SSR3 does not work very well with the pc. It designed more for the rotary. It needs more heat to work properly.

I disagree, I've used SSR3 many times with a PC, it works and breaks down fine. It is an aggressive polish so you do have to follow it up with a less aggressive polish, but I've never had any trouble with it breaking down.

Yes it is more aggressive then DACP. DACP is similiar to SSR2.5..maybe, if any, a bit more cut.

The thing to remember is to change/clean your pad often, SSR3 can gum them up quickly and cause excessive marring.
 
Hmm. I've read some post by Killerwheels saying it didn't work well with the pc. If it works for you Blkyukon, we know it will work! I've seen some awesome work you have done!
 
Thanks guys for the input. OK, let me ask this? What other products dose AG has, that has a lot of bite, and works well with a PC? I'm making an order tomorrow. What to order, oh what to order!
 
DACP was my original fav product before the Menzerna Line came around. I just hated the dust .....

I think one underrated polish is the http://www.autogeek.net/optimum-compound.html. Great long working time, works extremely well with PC, and relatively easy learning curve. As with most aggressive polishes you will want to use a less abrasive polish and pad combo to jewel the surface afterwards and remove any micromarring.

Thats this 1st time hearing that. I have heard to very be Careful with SSR 3 as it is very aggressive.

Interesting....I do not like SSR3 with my rotary. I get very little working time with it. I have had good results with SSR3 and my PC. Do small areas at a time, but it can really cut some tuff swirl/paint issues that way.

I think it "can" work well with both, but you need to prime the pad (rotary) to keep polish workable, and need to really work the PC to break down the SSR 3.0. I find several other light compounds easier to work with ....
