Dark spots on white paint

Hi all,

I have a 1995 Acura integra in white. I don't believe the white color had any clearcoat but I haven't polished it to confirm yet. On some of the seams of the car, there's this black staining. I was hoping anyone had any ideas on how to remove these stains. APC hasn't done much. I tried to clay it too but it's still there.

Has the car ever been polished? I bet that is simply grime ebedded in the paint from the last 20+ years which hopefully will polish away. The hard to reach location probably lead to it never being cleaned as well as the rest of the car and allow things to build up slowly over time.

it's never been polished before. the stains are also around the emblems as well. I was hoping i wouldn't have to remove the emblems to get the staining behind it. oh well.
