Interior cleaner such as Inner Clean by Chemical Guys. If it is not coming off, a combination of an ApC can be used

What do you mean combination like mix or use Apc

I use megs apc+ (10:1) and a soft brush and whip it off with a damp mf cloth.

10:1 means 10 parts water to one part chemical or 10oz water to 1oz of chemical.
 
You really shouldn't need to mix that strong. I have worked on some pretty bad interiors lately and (10:1) has been working just fine on those. Click on the image in my sig. which will take you to my website and there are 2 really good examples of bad interiors I have done recently.
 
I would find a soft bristled brush to use.
 
yeah that would probably work. You don't wanna use anything too stiff, as it could scratch the surface.
