This is speculation. We have no idea what has went on behind the scenes and for how long before the announcement was made. And it most likely is not any of our business.

I believe he is simply changing the name of his business (that he has been running for several years) to remove the HD affiliation from the name.

I too have 10 years of business ownership in my background. College? No. However I have a masters in common sense and a bachelor's in general life skills. :cruisin:
